Wait! Don’t Go Yet! 👋
I know it's a bit bare in here but I promise there's lots of great content coming soon!
A Snapshot is a complete, pre-built "business-in-a-box" for a specific niche that you can deploy to a new client account in minutes.
The biggest challenge for any agency owner is scalability. When you’re building custom campaigns for every new client, you are fundamentally trading your time for money. This creates a natural ceiling on your growth and profitability. To build a truly scalable business, you need to move from being a service provider to a systems provider.
This is the opportunity that Snapshots unlock. A Snapshot is a complete, pre-built “business-in-a-box” for a specific niche that you can deploy to a new client account in minutes. It’s the key to productising your services, breaking the “time for money” trap, and building a genuinely scalable agency.
As someone who has spent years building custom solutions for clients, the first time I used a Snapshot, it was a genuine lightbulb moment. The ability to have a ready-made, “cookie-cutter” solution that I could roll out instantly was incredible. It’s not about being lazy; it’s about being efficient. This is the feature that lets you get new clients set up and seeing results in record time, which is a massive competitive advantage.

Snapshots allow you to productise your expertise. You invest the time upfront to build a perfect campaign for a specific niche, and then you can sell that same proven system over and over again.
A typical client onboarding can take days or weeks. With a Snapshot, you can reduce that to under an hour, allowing you to get clients to “time to value” much faster.
When you have a proven “business-in-a-box” for a specific niche, your sales process becomes incredibly simple and efficient.
Clients who get faster results are happier clients who stay longer. By deploying a proven system, you drastically reduce churn and increase the lifetime value of each client.
This is a powerful sales tool. Instead of just talking about what you can do, you can show a potential client a working prototype of their new marketing system within minutes:
A Snapshot is essentially a template of your entire Go High Level setup. It’s a powerful feature that allows you to capture and replicate your best work with ease.
A Snapshot can contain almost everything you build within a Go High Level sub-account, allowing you to create a complete, ready-to-go client setup.
Expert in marketing? Expert in web design? Use your knowledge to create incredible Snapshots and then re-sell it to clients and other Go High Level users.
The process of creating and using Snapshots is incredibly simple and is built directly into the agency dashboard. Anyone, and I mean ANYONE can implement complicates solutions within minutes.
Snapshots give your team a ready-made framework to work from, cutting down on training and ensuring everyone follows the same process.
By creating and refining your own Snapshot library, you’re building a bank of intellectual property that directly increases your agency’s long-term value.
Your clients aren’t getting a custom-built campaign that might work. They are getting a system that has already been proven to get results for other businesses just like theirs.
Because you can deploy a Snapshot in minutes, your clients don’t have to wait weeks to see a return on their investment.
This does not mean you should sell it cheaply… This means you can create very powerful, AI solutions that would ordinarily costs tens of thousands of dollars. Because Snapshots dramatically reduce the time and effort needed to set up their account, your clients benefit from lower implementation costs and YOU win more work.
Snapshots make the onboarding process smooth and stress-free for clients, giving them confidence from the very start.
Snapshots don’t just cover the basics — they give clients a foundation designed to grow with their business immediately and in to the future.
Technically – not a lot. Especially if it is a basic setup.
Getting a Snapshot into a client account is simple, but you’ll still need to handle a few essentials to get it working properly:
If you’re looking to sell an AI Service or advanced automation, your will need to adjust the snapshot to suit your specific client. Some High Levellers sell ready-made snapshots with great functionality but you need to be able to edit these:
A great idea is to become an expert in a single, or a few, niches. Find an industry you know well (e.g., dentists, plumbers, real estate agents), and then build out the perfect, end-to-end marketing system for that niche inside a Go High Level account. This includes building the funnels, writing the emails, and creating the automation workflows. Once you’ve perfected it, you save it as a Snapshot, and that becomes the core product your agency sells.
And guess what! There are already tonnes of these set up for you.
A pre-built Snapshot for trades and services (like plumbers or electricians) can be deployed instantly, giving new clients a working website, booking system, and follow-up automation on day one.
An agency serving dentists, gyms, or real estate can create industry-specific Snapshots once and reuse them for every new client — delivering proven results without reinventing the wheel each time.
Agencies offering SaaS or reseller packages can sell ready-to-go Snapshots as part of their service, creating scalable revenue while cutting down on delivery costs.
Yes. Once you load a Snapshot into a client account, you can customise everything — funnels, workflows, templates, branding — without affecting the original Snapshot.
You can browse the Go High Level Marketplace for industry-specific Snapshots (real estate, gyms, med spas, etc.) or build your own from scratch. Some third-party providers also sell premium Snapshots tailored to niches.
No. Snapshot sharing between accounts is only available to Agency Pro plan users. If the other person isn’t on Pro, they won’t be able to receive or import your Snapshot.
Pretty much everything from a sub-account — funnels, websites, forms, email/SMS templates, workflows, custom fields, tags, and pipelines. It won’t copy over media files or integrations like Mailgun/Twilio settings.
Yes, you can “push” updates to an already shared Snapshot. This lets you maintain one master version and roll out changes to all linked accounts.
No, importing a Snapshot will add assets into the account but won’t delete what’s already there. You may need to merge or adjust workflows if you’re combining multiple setups.
